The MakeMyCareer.AI Campus Ambassador Program ("Program") is operated by Wings2Aspirations Startup India Pvt Ltd ("Company"), a DPIIT-recognized startup registered under the laws of India. By applying to or participating in this Program, you ("Ambassador") agree to be bound by these terms.
Ambassadors are independent promoters, NOT employees, agents, or representatives of the Company. This Program does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency arrangement. Ambassadors are not entitled to employee benefits including but not limited to health insurance, provident fund, gratuity, or leave entitlements.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate. You must be a currently enrolled student at a recognized educational institution in India. The Company reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
(a) Commission rates are fixed per plan as displayed on this page and are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion. Changes will apply to future sales only — commissions already earned are guaranteed.
(b) Commissions are tracked automatically via unique referral codes. Only verified, completed payments (not refunded or disputed) qualify for commission.
(c) Payments are processed monthly by the 10th of the following month via UPI or bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is ₹200. Amounts below this threshold will carry forward.
(d) Tax implications, if any, on commission income are the sole responsibility of the Ambassador. The Company may deduct TDS as required by Indian tax laws.
(e) The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, self-referrals, or violation of these terms.
(a) Ambassadors must promote MakeMyCareer.AI honestly and accurately. Misleading claims, false promises about career outcomes, or misrepresentation of the platform's capabilities are strictly prohibited.
(b) Ambassadors must not engage in spamming, unsolicited mass messaging, or any practice that violates applicable laws or platform terms of service (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
(c) Ambassadors must disclose their affiliation with MakeMyCareer.AI when asked and must not impersonate Company employees or official representatives.
(d) Ambassadors must not use paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to promote their referral links without prior written approval.
(e) Self-referrals (signing up through your own referral link) are prohibited and will result in commission reversal and possible termination.
MakeMyCareer.AI, its logo, branding, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Wings2Aspirations Startup India Pvt Ltd. Ambassadors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for Program activities. This license terminates immediately upon exit from the Program.
(a) Certificates are issued at the Company's discretion based on performance tiers. The Company is not obligated to issue certificates to all participants.
(b) Letters of Recommendation are issued only to top performers and at the sole discretion of the CEO.
(c) Certificates represent participation in the Program and should not be construed as professional qualifications, employment verification, or academic credit.
(a) Either party may terminate participation at any time with 7 days' written notice via email.
(b) The Company may terminate an Ambassador immediately and without notice for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that damages the Company's reputation.
(c) Upon termination, all earned and unpaid commissions will be settled within 30 days, subject to fraud verification. The referral code will be deactivated immediately.
By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (name, email, phone, college, social media handles, sales data) for the purposes of Program administration, commission payments, and communication. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(a) The Company's total liability to any Ambassador shall be limited to the unpaid commissions actually earned by that Ambassador.
(b) The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.
(c) The Company makes no guarantees regarding minimum earnings. Commission income depends entirely on the Ambassador's own sales efforts.
The Ambassador agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wings2Aspirations Startup India Pvt Ltd, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Ambassador's actions, omissions, or breach of these terms during or after participation in the Program.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, program structure, or any aspect of the Program at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or the Program page. Continued participation after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, India. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
These terms, together with the application form submission and any email communications, constitute the entire agreement between the Ambassador and the Company regarding the Program.
